34-year-old Derrick Rose has Transformed for the Knicks-“I Been killed that ego a long time ago”
Former NBA MVP Derrick Rose is finally finding his feet after a grueling few years in the wake of recurring knee injuries.
Having started his NBA career magnificently, Derrick Rose won the NBA Rookie of the Year award.
The future looked bright for the Chicago Bulls shooting guard!
In 2011, he would lead the Chicago-based franchise to its most successful season since 1998, when the team finished its campaign with a 62-20 record. Additionally, Rose also led them to their first conference finals in over a decade.
The Knicks traded Dennis Smith Jr. and a second-round pick for Derrick Rose was one of the best moves from this front office.

Although they were unsuccessful in their quest for a spot in the “NBA Finals”, the feeling going into the next season was optimistic. The campaign earned Rose the title of “Youngest NBA MVP” in the history of the league, for a sublime year.

Derrick Rose has shared his impression of the upcoming campaign as he turns 34!
What was considered a prosperous and prosperous future would soon become the year that would cause him misery for the next decade.

“The reality is that I am 33 years old, I turn 34 tomorrow. That guy I used to be… he had an ego. That ego was killed a long time ago.
So I’m a totally different person, what I should be. I’m much more mature and I keep trying to challenge myself to be more vocal.“
Derrick Rose’s career path is unfathomable to someone who hasn’t experienced what he has experienced. His resilience, perseverance, and drive to remain elite are what make him so lovable. Possibly the best ‘What if’ in NBA history.
