100lbs Lighter James Harden Makes Viral Claim on Potentially Being MVP
According to James Harden, if his conditioning was on the same level as his skill set and IQ, he would be the MVP in the league.
Although james harden he averaged 22 points, 7.7 rebounds and 10.3 assists in the last campaign 2021-2022, his production was not as good as the Nets and the Sixers hoped it would be.
Trading 3 teams in the last 2 years, Harden has been far from the killer he was in Houston. With several lingering injuries and his physical condition not up to par, we have yet to see The Beard at his full potential when he plays alongside Joel Embiid.
However, entering the 2022-2023 season, the southpaw appears to be more energetic than we’ve seen him in recent history.
Looking all thin, the 10-time All-Star had recently announced that he had lost as much as 100 pounds this offseason. On the same subject, James revealed:
“I think at this point it was just a diet, proper rest, then for me I think I just built up my muscles, gained my muscle mass, which I always had.
This last year and a half I really wasn’t healthy enough to do the proper work that I’m used to. This summer was huge for me in that regard, the hill runs and weightlifting were big.”
