Pakistan team departs for Switzerland to compete in five-a-side tournament

LAHORE: The Pakistan futsal hockey team has left for Switzerland to participate in the upcoming tournament, which will start on June 4.

The national indoor hockey team left for Lausanne, Switzerland via a foreign airline at 3 pm yesterday to participate in the hockey tournament.

Head Coach Rehan Butt and Coach Waqas Sharif accompany the team for their next challenge.

The Green Shirts will face a major challenge on the opening day of the two-day tournament when they take on arch-rivals India and report to Malaysia to start their campaign.
