“Last year was the Oreos, this year it’s Skittles baby!”: Giannis Antetokounmpo Has a New Snack Habit!

Giannis Antetokounmpo is on a snack hunt. And his new prey is Skittles after flirting with Oreos all last year. Will this be harmful?

The war on snack food is led by one man and shows no signs of stopping! What started as a fun courtside charade has continued into a long-haul flight. Giannis Antetokounmpo is looking forward to snacking on him and this time he has a new favourite.

As the Milwaukee Bucks prepare for their preseason game in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, they have a long journey ahead of them.

And the 2x MVP has found a way to keep his hands and mouth busy. By religiously gobbling up snacks.

Yes, while there are benefits to eating a lot, and of course someone like Giannis needs tons of calories to stay fit, maybe snacking isn’t the answer.

But then again, unless his game crashes amazingly, who are we to say anything?

Giannis Antetokounmpo continues his snack blitz and this time he’s even eating on his flight!

In a video posted to his social media, the Greek monster is happy about his new obsession and is seen eagerly reaching for a bag of Skittles.

Oh boy, have we seen this before! If you remember, Dwight Howard’s obsessive diet of just snacking started with Skittles.

But knowing Antetokounmpo, it’s very likely he’s just having fun, and all the snacks he’s consuming are well within his quota.

It even says “Last year it was Oreos, this year it’s Skittles baby“. It looks like Skittles has a new marketing outlet. Do you think he will be ready to show his true worth in the UAE, despite snacking throughout the flight?

What can we expect from Giannis and the Milwaukee Bucks this season?

As the Milwaukee Bucks look to kick off their campaign with their first preseason game in Abu Dhabi, what can we expect? Well, for starters, the Bucks start the season not as favorites.

And the 2021 NBA Finals MVP will have something to say about it. When asked, Giannis has been consistent with his answer, his goal is to win a championship.

And who’s to say they won’t? No time to listen to critics, no time to pay attention to naysayers. All attention is focused on winning.

Speaking of naysayers, we pulled this stat to highlight the differences between Gilbert Arenas and Giannis Antetokounmpo.

That’s a big difference, almost the value of an entire Hall of Fame career. The only advantage Gilbert has is his podcast. Looks like someone else doesn’t know much about basketball either.
