Shahzeb Muder Case: ATC reject Shahrukh Jatoi age report

KARACHI: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has expressed no confidence on medical report pertaining to age verification of Shahrukh Jatoi, main accused in Shahzeb murder case.

Police on Wednesday presented Shahrukh Jatoi, key accused in Shahzeb murder case, and Siraj Talpur, Sajjad Talpur and Ghulam Murtaza Lashari before Anti-Terrorism Court and sought 10 more days for submitting challan.

The court while rejecting the medical report issued showcause notices to police surgeon Civil Hospital and M.

S Services hospital.

The court also accepted request of investigation officer for granting 10 more days for submitting challan and adjourned the hearing till Feb 10.
