Rishabh Pant-Urvashi Rautela saga: Cricketer says ‘Picha Choro’
Rishabh Pant, a player for the Indian cricket team, shared a cryptic note on his Instagram account following Bollywood actor Urvashi Rautela’s claims.
This was the case when Indian model-turned-actor Urvashi Rautela, in a recent interview, without mentioning a person’s name, claimed that someone with the initials RP waited in a hotel lobby for more than 10 hours to meet her.
During a recent chat with an entertainment portal, Rautela, who has had a brief history of alleged dating with Pant (when the two clicked together in Mumbai), recounted an incident that occurred when she was filming in Delhi.

“Mr. RP came to the hotel lobby and wanted to meet us,” he told the interviewer. “10 hours passed and I fell asleep. I couldn’t take any calls and when I woke up I saw 16-17 missed calls and I felt so bad that someone was waiting for me and I couldn’t take it.”
She added, “I told him ‘we’ll meet when you come to Mumbai.’ We met in Mumbai, but there was a big drama with pap smears and everything.
”
When asked to craft PR, Rautela refused to ‘take the name’, but netizens are somehow convinced that the ‘Pagalpanti’ The actor was talking about the goalkeeper of the Indian cricket team, thanks to his story.
After the interview went up on the portal, Rishabh Pant turned to his Instagram stories to make an alleged mockery of the actor, however, only to delete it minutes later.
“It’s funny how people lie in interviews just because of low popularity and making headlines. Sad how some people are so thirsty for fame and name,” the cryptic note from him read. The cricketer further added hashtags “Mera Picha Chhoro Behen (leave me alone sister)” and “Jhuth Ki Bhi Limit Hoti Hai, (there is also a limit to lies)”.
For those unversed, this is not the first episode of the Rishabh Pant saga, Urvashi Rautela. A few years earlier, the actor had hinted that he was dating the cricketer in an interview, after which he blocked her on social media and posted some photos with her girlfriend to set the record straight.
