Karachi: Killing Spree Continues, 13 More People Killed
KARACHI: The number of people killed in a fresh spate of violence in Karachi rose to 48 as another 13 people were killed in the provincial capital during the last 12 hours.
Two dead bodies were found dumped in Lyari River in Gulbahar. Two tortured bodies were recovered from Bakra Piri locality of Lyari.
Earlier, unidentified gunmen killed Roshan Muhammad in Gulshan-e-Iqbal.
Muhammad Karyo, who incurred injuries in an attack in PIB Colony on Thursday, succumbed to his wounds.
Muhammad Anwar, 25 and Shehryar, 40, were shot dead in Shireen Jinnah Colony.
A dead body stuffed in a gunny bag was recovered from Kharadar.
One man was killed and another suffered injuries in a firing incident in Federal B. Area.
In another incident, one man was gunned down in Hazara Goth in Gulistan-e-Johar.
