ISF Karachi urges youth to registered their votes

KARACHI: Insaf Students Federation Karachi (ISF) President, Alamgir Khan, has asked youth to participate in voter registration campaign for the better future of the country.

He was commenting on the recent announcement of nationwide voter registration campaign by Election Commission of Pakistan. While speaking at ISF Karachi Executive council meeting, he said that the faith of current ruling elite is questionable after the removal of 45% bogus registered voters by Election commission’s finding and in the next elections Youth of Pakistan i.e. 70% of the population will bring change by the power of their vote.

Earlier, ISF Karachi General Secretary, Arsalan T. Ghumman, said that the announcement of voter registration campaign, on the orders of Supreme Court, by Election Commission is a positive sign and youth must get their votes registered. ISF Karachi Executive Council meeting was attended by Female coordinator Sarosh Saghir, Umair Ahmed, Zain Pervaz, Hassan Noman, Ateeq-ur-Rehman, Ikram Sardar and Navid Afridi, in which organization matters were discussed. It was decided in the meeting that ISF Karachi, in all major educational institutes, will launch an awareness campaign for the purpose to motivate & enlighten people about the importance of their vote.
