I think, it is reasonable increase in Pay of Govt employees provided the infaltion is controlled by Govt. Otherwise there is no effect of pay increase fro th eemployees
I think after 7.5% salary increase govt employee of grade 1-15 must hire a security guard for their protection. Sharam nahi ati in khabeeson ko 21 & 22 grade ki salary 100% barhai jo keh already achi aur pur asaish zindagi guzar rahay hain free car, petrol, telephone, electricity, residence, plot after retirement and they also get job in some departments after retirement. Lanat ho, in per aur in hukmrano per aur inka sath denay walon per.
Allah ka khof nahin raha in main keh lower grade mulazmeen kis azab main zindagi basar ker rahay hain.

Mian M.Nawaz Sharif has increased only 7.5% salary of employees which is strongly regretted and we request to increase at least 20% salaries in these very hard days. 7.5% is not acceptable us all govt employees. Please issue notification of increase 20% pay.
