- Overview
The objective is to provide free laptops to 100 thousand brilliant students currently studying at public sector colleges and universities or are high achievers of the Boards of Punjab in Matriculation Examinations. The motivation and enthusiasm behind this scheme is to help students rise above problems and hurdles they face in their path to gain knowledge and excel professionally

Eligibility Criteria:
One hundred thousand Laptops will be provided to following categories of youth in Punjab:
1. All students of 4 years BS Degree Programme who have secured
- 60% or above marks (in the previous year) in case of annual examination system OR
- 70% or above marks (in the previous semester) in case of semester system
2. All post graduate students (Part I & II) of 2 year Masters Degree Programme, who have secured
- 60% or above marks (in the previous year) in case of annual examination system OR
- 70% or above marks (in the previous semester) in case of semester system
3. All currently enrolled students/scholars of MS, LLM, M.Phil and Ph.D
4. The top 100 students of each Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education of Punjab
5. In case of 1st year students, the data for the last examination in which the student appeared, shall be considered.

If we are eligible and our head is not including our session name in laptop scheme from cm Punjab than what should be done in this respect i.e we r the students of Punjab university session 2009-2011 from mass communication ,our result of final semester is in process nowadays and we’ve not been included in the scheme list.Is it our right or not?

Why Kinnaird college has been dropped from the registered list for laptops. Are we not eligible for this reward or is it our fault that we study in KC. I am registered in the list. I got 97.75 % then why am I not getting the laptop. This is open injustice with the students of Kinnaird College. If you have less laptops then the number of students you have registered you can make the criteria more tough for the students. Make 85-100% marks required in order to get laptop as a reward. You can make it even more tough by changing the criteria to 90-100%. But this is not done if you will not give laptops to the toppers or the deserving students. I cannot afford a laptop and I need it in my next semesters. I need the laptop. Kindly dont do injustice. Awaiting for your step.

nurses who are position holders and who are studying higher are not included they should also included in this scheme. because nurses are pillar of health deapartment and government should encourage them for higher study for the betterment of community.

Khyber Medical University isthe only medical University im KPK. Kmu has decided not to give laptop to MBBS students and to award these laptops to nursing students. Its 100% injustice. MBBS and BDS students deserve laptops more than nursing and diploma students. Plzz do something!
