Shaquille O’Neal, Who Had His Face on Charles Barkley’s Golf Balls, Names Three NBA Players He’d Like to Play Golf With

NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal is in the United Arab Emirates for the NBA Games in Abu Dhabi, where he takes a moment to answer a few questions.

The NBA is doing everything it can to expand its reach and make the league global. For the same reason, they organized pre-season games in two different countries. They started with the NBA Games in Japan, broadcasting the defending champions, the Golden State Warriors and the Washington Wizards. Now, they have the Abu Dhabi NBA Games, with the Milwaukee Bucks and the Atlanta Hawks.

Among those who made their way to the United Arab Emirates was none other than four-time NBA champion Shaquille O’Neal. He is the ambassador for the Abu Dhabi games and is involved in youth development as well as organizing a meet and greet with fans.

During one of the sessions, Shaq sat down and answered some questions.

Shaq is great at a lot of things. He was a force in the NBA, he’s amazing in the air, he has an amazing business aptitude. However, the Golf is not one of the right things for the Big Diesel. Nevertheless. That hasn’t stopped Shaq from trying his hand at the sport.

In the quick segment, Shaq was asked to name three NBA players he would like to play golf with. To kick things off, he named his TNT co-host Charles Barkley, followed by none other than GOAT himself, Michael Jordan, and then GOAT shooter Stephen Curry.

If the four ever get together for a game of golf, it could become one of the highest-grossing pay-per-view events. Chances are MJ will dominate the game, even on the golf course.

Once, when Charles Barkley played pro golfer Phil Mickelson against the duo of Peyton Manning and Stephen Curry, he used golf balls with Shaq’s face on them!

Although Chuck’s swing wasn’t the best, using Shaq’s face on the balls and having a professional golfer on his team helped him win the contest handily.
