Pakistani women gives birth to twin girls in Mina
MINA (October 25, 2012): A Pakistani pilgrim Tahira Yasmin gave birth to twin girls in Mina Wednesday, the first day of Haj, Sial News Desk reported.
Dr. Hamza Al-Salamoni, gynecologist and obstetrician at Mina Al-Wadi Hospital, delivered the girls.
The mother named them Safa and Marwah.
Muhammad Mahmood, the proud father, said his wife started having labor pains after arriving in Mina and he took her to the hospital. The delivery was normal.
A number of births are reported in the holy sites every Haj.
This is reportedly the first-ever birth twins during Hajj days at Mina Hospital.
