unfair again. it was expected that they will freeze all allowances but atleast they should not freeze house rent allowance

1-Thank you very much for this Good effort but there is no hazard allowance for Para Medic's , working in Health Department.
They work's in Hospitals and serve poor people and patient.So directly they are at the door of diseases.
2-I requests to you please approve the4 step service structure of Paramedics in Punjab.

Why you all people are thankful !! Medical Allowance 15% and house rent 45% of basic are frozen to the previous pay scale, so what is the benefit of adding allowances in the basic !!

PTCL (Govt recruited) employees are once again not entertained by the govt. We are extremely mentally tortured that what we are (Adhay teetar adhay batair). This was the worst gift given by Pervaiz Musharaf ( I dont have any word for him) and PPP is also on the same direction.

I could not understand one thing in the notification: What if one chooses old pay scales of 2008? then what is the benefit there?

It was the best time to revised pay and pension according to the conditions and i think it is one of the best step towards peoples problem solution.
It is good news for all the govt emplyes.but one problem house rent not increse.
This is sorry say that freezing special allowance may help corruption started in NHMP
thanks for good budget 2011 spacialy for pay increaseing and revised pay scales. and please conform about convance allowance irrespective areas/station and what it will be admissiable in Murree now.and more increase hill allowance bacause @ 100/pm was since before long about 1973 by the Govt PPP.
the revision in BPS is more benificial for those goging to be retired in near future.House rent allowance must be revised As it is causing great problems to renta house by the Govt servants

Salary enhancement of Govt. servants, is just a superficial remedy to an ailing patient. In my opinion, Govt. must curtail it's huge expenses, control inflation rate, create job opportunities, control over day to day price hiking. Everyone in this country is deceiving and hoodwinking. Everyone leader has played and yet playing with the fate of this nation and country. Leaders should take bold decisions, leaders should prove them leaders, they should understand the situation. They should not treat a cancer patient with mere cosmetic surgery. I wish and pray for this country (PAKISTAN), it's nation and it's so called leaders. I pray to Allah, to bestow this country a leader like Tipu Sultan or Salah-ud-Din Ayubi. Nation is ready to sacrifice for it's beloved country. Allah Hafiz.

I m very much thankful to the present Govt of PPP 4 increasing salaries specially pensions. All credit goes to Zardari but I suggest that relief should be given to all common people in shape of shape of targeted subsidies. Energy & health facilities should be available at minimum cost.
