Malik Riaz gifts car to World Snooker Champion Muhammad Asif
ISLAMABAD: Malik Riaz, a property tycoon, has gifted a car to Muhammad Asif who recently won World Snooker Champion title for Pakistan.
Malik Riaz handed the key of the car to Muhammad Asif in Islamabad and said that he would continue to support people like Asif in the country.

The champion will also be appointed on regular basis in Bahria Town with monthly salary of Rs 100,000. The Bahria Town administration has greeted Muhammad Asif and announced that it will continue encouraging young players.

Asif beat Britain’s Gary Wilson 10-8 to clinch the title in Bulgaria to become the third Pakistani to play IBSF World Snooker Championship final after Mohammad Yousaf (in 1994) and Saleh Muhammad (in 2003).
He is the second Pakistani cueist who won the world championship.
Asif said that it was difficult to focus on game in current situation of the country, adding that he would try to continue his better performance to bring fame to the country.
