Juventus confirm that Dejan Kulusevski has joined Tottenham Hotspur. Juventus have confirmed the departure of Swedish forward Dejan Kulusevski to Tottenham Hotspur.
The 21-year-old scored twice and recorded three assists in 27 appearances for the Old Lady during the 2021-22 campaign, but has struggled to secure regular starts this season.
After losing Luis Diaz to Liverpool, Tottenham have stepped up their pursuit of Kulusevski, with the Premier League club now securing his services in an initial loan deal.
The Sweden international has signed a loan deal until June 2023, which includes an obligation to make the move permanent for €35m (£29.2m) under certain conditions.
According to the Italian journalist Fabrizio RomanoThe potential release clause of €35m (£29.2m) would be paid in five instalments.
Able to operate in different attacking areas, Kulusevski scored nine goals and registered 10 assists in 74 appearances for Juventus.
Tottenham have also signed Rodrigo Bentancur from the Italian side, with the Uruguayan international set to join the north London club for an initial fee of €19m (£15.9m).
