Salmaan Taseer’s Son Kidnapped by Militant Groups: Rana Sanaullah
KARACHI: Punjab’s Law Minister Rana Sanaullah has claimed that Salmaan Taseer’s son Shahbaz Taseer was abducted by Waziristan-based militant outfits.
Speaking to newsmen in Karachi, Sananullah said that kidnappers of Shahbaz Taseer were fully trained and belonged to North Waziristan.

The abducted US national and Shahbaz Taseer would be recovered soon, he said.
Earlier, unknown gunmen riding a land cruiser intercepted Shahbaz Taseer’s car near Gulberg Chowk and took him with them on gunpoint.
In separate statements, Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Interior Minister Rehman Malik have directed security agencies to ensure early recovery of Salman Taseer’s son.
