Former Australian cricketer Shane Warne, who died of a suspected heart attack on Friday at the age of 52, was considered one of the greatest cricketers in cricket history.

Warne made his Test debut in 1992 against India, while a Test match against England in 2007 proved to be Australia’s last match.

He had retired with the honor of being only the second bowler to take over 1,000 wickets in his 15-year international cricketing career.

Warne and former Sri Lanka spinner Muttiah Muralitharan are the only cricketers in history to have taken more than 1,000 wickets.
