KP Sport Minister Syed Aqil Shah arrest warrant issued

PESHAWAR (October 17, 2012): District and Session Judge has issued a warrant for the arrest of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Sport Minister, Syed Aqil Shah on Wednesday here.

KP sport minister did not appear in the court here while a case relating to regarding his degrees was being heard in the local court.

Thereafter, District and Session Judge Shahbar Khan issued a warrant for the arrest of Shah and adjourned the hearing until October 20.

Earlier, Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) had declared Aqil Shah’s degrees fake and had sent the case to the concerned court. (APP)
