Lahore High Court Remarks in 1990

Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri, who has all of a sudden appeared on the political scene to rescue the state, was in 1990 declared by the Lahore High Court a person of such a mental health who could manipulate and exploit anything for his political gains.
